ffxiv_dx11 error after character selection

Hello,

I would like some help with a problem I have been having recently. The problem started a few days ago and I can not figure out a solution.

The problem is that when ever I select my character and I attempt to enter the game I begin loading and then I get a pop up that says that an unexpected error has occurred and that it is closing the game. The errors are:

I have tried:
-updating my drivers. That did not work.
-disabling dx11. Doing this just gave me a list of different errors.
-lowering my settings. Did not work.

I am at a complete impasse as for what to do next. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Good afternoon and thank you for posting on the Final Fantasy XIV Technical Support Forums.

When exactly did this start happening? Do you recall anything changing/updating on your PC that coincides with this?

Does this happen only with this one character, or any character you try to log into?

Can you submit a Final Fantasy XIV system report? Simply go to the 'Config' option on the Final Fantasy XIV launcher and to the right of 'System Information' click on 'Display.'

So i Skipped the MSQ and i decided i was gonna go to a area unlocked in my teleport menu called doman enclave and it went to a long load screen and then it crashed and i have not been able to play sence and i am confused to why this would happen i played for 1 month straight with no issues and all of a sudden this happens please help me with this issue or point me in the right direction because i all ready submitted a ticket and they told me to create a post and i tried but it said i had no permission but i can reply to this thread so i hope all my time and money is not wasted on this bugg with out a fix here are my system files from ffxiv system menu.

drekisvero, could you try deleting the locally saved content in the my documents folder (My Documents > My Games > Final Fantasy)?

RageX, were any updates or changes made to the PC that coincide with the crash? Additionally, could you try reinstalling the game on the C drive?

no updates where going on the time of the issue and my C drive don't have enough memory space for the game so if I did re install it, it would not work could you not just reset me to a different town

still cant play the game I bought a skip msq and tried to teleport directly to doman enclave and it froze and crashed and now every time I try to log back in to my actually character it goes to load screen crash and gives me multiple dx11 error codes I have tried emailing the support team and all I get is a auto generated email saying to go to tech support am I gonna get help or do I need too unsubscribe to the game and let every one I know that plays it know how un helpful you guys are being?? I love the game soo much and its been 48 hours sence I got to play and not being able to is making me a very unsatisfied customer. so please point in the direction of some one that can actually help me or I will be on my way because this is rediculus

Note to self: Don't teleport to the Doman Enclave.

This is not the first ticket I've seen with a very similar if not identical issue where the game crashed when teleporting to the Doman Enclave and then they're not able to log in on that character without the game crashing. The other person hasn't been able to play their character for around a week now.
