We are happy to see that most everyone got to their new worlds safely. For those who may have had troubles (or who have had friends report troubles), we encourage you to contact the GM staff while in game. We will gather the details specific for characters having troubles and try to get them the help we can.

Seems to be the issue for everyone. Somehow a small percentage of players across the game missed the bus and were left behind.
So, guess SE didn't accidently transfer them after all, they just didn't do ANYTHING lol.
Loved all the posts about people thinking our friends just ditched us though, sounds like you all have some trust issues ^^

Just to clarify one small thing... please have your friends contact us, in game, if they are having troubles. We would love to be able to help them if you call on their behalf, but due to our Privacy Policy, we can only take calls from players who are having the actual trouble. I am sorry my statement was a bit vague or confusing.

Sir, that does sound somewhat confusing. How can a player make an In-game GM call if they are on a now retired server and un-able to log in? Just saying :PHello!

I believe the issue is working itself out. Many of the people we were concerned about are contacting Customer Support.
If you notice someone has disappeared mysteriously, let them know about this problem.
For those of you with friend or trust problems, just a tip. Try to help them out sometimes, tends to keep them as friends. That's how I KNOW they didn't leave.![]()
