    13006 Error Code 1014

    Posting here for a friend of mine, due to the fact she can't even log in the forum cause it says she didn't log FFXIV in the last 30 days (...she played with me 16 hours ago...)


    "Hello, im experiencing a problem while trying to log in on my server Excalibur. It shows me this window :
    Checking lodestone, it says that this error shows up when server is down, but Excalibur (im orginally from bodhum) is working. Strange thing is that when i select my character, on description it says "world: Bodhum", as you can see in this picture. Ty in advance, Raxiel Arden"

    Same here for Aegis. Seems like their issues is not server wide but account specific...... I guess some accounts got corrupted and they are currently trying to restore them from backups. Great Job S-E, hope now you will open your eyes, fire your server team and outsource this to professionals. Thank you.

    You know what?
    Im Raxiel's shell holder and now i'm ingame.
    I've checked my ls list.......she's not even listed under members anymore lol.
    It's like her character didn't shift AT ALL.

    I think characters are only moved to the new server when they actually log in on the new world for the first time. My world should still say 'Wutai' after I finish this post.

    EDIT: Nevermind! I was wrong about the forum profile not updating. Both of my characters are updated on the Lodestone. However, the update of the world assignment for the Lodestone and for the game itself may be independent. I haven't completely logged into the game yet, so my character may still be on Wutai in the client, and may not show up in LS lists, in-game.

    EDIT2: I just checked with my LS and I am showing up on the LS roster in-game on Masamune, which means the migration either happened when I logged in and launched the client without picking my character, which is possible, or it happened automatically without me having to log in.

    I am having the exact same problem and I am from Bodhum as well. This is going to be a problem since this is my only character. Get this fixed soon.
