Pegasus mount may find its way into other things - they already had it as part of the Irregular Tomestones the first time around, so it's possible it will show up again either on that kind of loot table, or maybe in the loot bags that come with whatever Deep Dungeon thing they do next (if it's not added to an existing loot bag).

Unicolt, on the other hand, drops in The Vault or from Bronze-trimmed sacks from Palace of the Dead, so that lil' guy isn't going anywhere.
