The Strength on Dated Sunstne Rings doesnt add to attack power. Bug or Botany Based?

When I equip them it adds the 5 strength the point alottment window. However, it doesnt add attack power.
And when I hover my mouse over the Strength Status Text a window pops up it Primarily adds attack power when adding the strength attribute.

Did you not understand the responses given to your other thread?

The exact wording is that STR "affects attack power" not necessarily that it adds it.

There has been issues with other effects not showing in gear view as well.
