A casual SCH is in a big disadvantage at the start of a dungeon compared to an AST or WHM who can both blow a ton of oGCDs right off the bat with little care or thought. They do not have to worry about putting themselves in combat to ensure they have access to oGCDs for the stwrt of a pull. Heck there are healers that struggle to keep up with a sprinting tank irrespective of any other issues that might crop up. This quirk specific to SCH is only going to compound things further for these people.

I openly invite you to go have a look through the old healer DPS threads to see a wider view on this. There are a lot of players even here that are of the mind that doing anything mid pull is a massive no no and that thread is a good testament to those views.

Lastly, get off your high horse. Thanks. I’m not sat here whinging and crying that the game is dead and buried. I’m trying to put across a valid balance issue here. Even when it was undeniably OP. SCH was still arguable underplayed outside of Savage. Issues like this are only going to cause that trend to continue.
