So..they don't know but you do? Interesting logic there..may advise you to actually calm down so you can respond to people in a civil manner.You're just making stuff up. You don't know what they can or cannot do to resolve this issue. They should RESPOND to me when i contact them regarding this legitimate issue, an issue far more important than whatever nannying they are doing because someone called another player "poopoohead". Even if they cannot immediately resolve it, they should assure me that it is being looked into and they will assist me in notifying the powers that be. You know, BASIC CUSTOMER SERVICE.
They are straight up ignoring this problem. I played WoW for many years before FF14, and never ever had Blizzard treated me this way. Blizzard GMs are available in game, through web chat, and on the phone. Valve has better customer service than SE, and that's awful.
You have no idea what youre talking about and are just in here white knighting SE.
