"Reserving Server" for hours

Stuck at "reserving server" for hours on end. Multiple times this has happened. Im trying to do Amdapor Keep for relic. This is not an acceptable solution to the problem of RMT bots spamming that dungeons that SE has pitifully failed to address. It is not acceptable to place me in a nearly endless queue that actually RESTARTS if someone understandably gives up on it.

This is a fantastic game that is astonishingly mismanaged by fools doing everything they can to ruin it.

Have the same problem on Phoenix. Trying to get this dungeon done for a week now...

Have now been in queue for 300 minutes, "reserving server". Have also put in about 10 tickets for a GM, not one reply.

I presume if I put in a ticket bc someone used "profanity" there would be contact from a GM eager to obtain details of this heinous crime, but this situation where I cannot progress on a quest bc of a glaring and legitimate technical issue doesnt even warrant a GM contacting me to recognize the details of the situation and at least express some modicum of concern for the problem.

Content your leveling (you're level 54 max / all jobs), you'll do it later, it's now solos dungeons up to level 60 (unsync), for a HL

Or if you are asking for help from the FC, you are 68 members, but no one is willing to help you do your dungeons?
Me in your place, I leave a FC that serves me nothing.

On the other hand, we have to agree to wait when it does not work rather than shout loudly that it is not normal that content that no longer interests anyone in sync, doesn't work.

Moreover HL, even in Dps, you wait at max max 5 min.
