I felt bad for OP until he opened his mouth and shoved his whole leg down his throat. If you wanna be unnecessarily aggressive towards everyone:
May your queue never pop and you always step in something wet when wearing socks.

I defended myself against those who made baseless claims that undermined my situation or accused me of things I didnt do. I wasnt "unnecessarily aggressive", I was right.

Yet you sure deleted alot of posts in this thread too. Hmmmmm
We actually do have an idea; GM "guidebooks" have been leaked before for FFXI and it would not surprise me if it happened for this game too (even if not, it's unlikely they are terribly different, considering it's the same company)You're just making stuff up. You don't know what they can or cannot do to resolve this issue. They should RESPOND to me when i contact them regarding this legitimate issue, an issue far more important than whatever nannying they are doing because someone called another player "poopoohead". Even if they cannot immediately resolve it, they should assure me that it is being looked into and they will assist me in notifying the powers that be. You know, BASIC CUSTOMER SERVICE.
They are straight up ignoring this problem. I played WoW for many years before FF14, and never ever had Blizzard treated me this way. Blizzard GMs are available in game, through web chat, and on the phone. Valve has better customer service than SE, and that's awful.
You have no idea what youre talking about and are just in here white knighting SE.
Regardless, yeah, GMs are powerless to do anything about this other than forward it to the higher ups, which doesn't see a resolution as immediately as you seem to be expecting. Unless it's to get someone out of being "stuck" or to send a troublesome player to jail to for them to think about what they've done, there isn't really a whole lot that the GMs can actually do on the back end.

Just want to come here and say it is an issue one Siren rn ... totally unacceptableStuck at "reserving server" for hours on end. Multiple times this has happened. Im trying to do Amdapor Keep for relic. This is not an acceptable solution to the problem of RMT bots spamming that dungeons that SE has pitifully failed to address. It is not acceptable to place me in a nearly endless queue that actually RESTARTS if someone understandably gives up on it.
This is a fantastic game that is astonishingly mismanaged by fools doing everything they can to ruin it.

It seems like only getting in with a full party has issues. Solo queues are still instant for me.
In any case, while stopping the gil farm bots entirely is basically impossible, they can and should take whatever measures possible to prevent them from actively being disruptive like they are here. If they can't stop their hacking, then they need to target the things they're exploiting with the hacks, namely the poor enemy AI they abuse to aggro/kill the entire dungeon prior to the first boss with no risk of death and the gil they're farming from said enemies.

When you mean solo, like unsynched? Cause I'm by myself when I que, and I get stuck in the Reserving Server once I get all 4 members. It seems like only getting in with a full party has issues. Solo queues are still instant for me.
