UNPREDICTABLE DirectX 11 fatal error 11000002 for MONTHS, NOTHING WORKS

This is my second thread about this issue I tried resurrecting my old thread but it was locked or w/e.
Ever since I had my pc rebuilt from scratch this february, I have been plagued by EXTREMELY RANDOM direct x fatal errors that I just can't seem to get rid of no matter what I do. I cannot find a discernable pattern between these crashes since they can happen at absolutely ANY time or place. A crash can happen after more than 6 hours of playtime, OR less than one minute.

Places/circumstances where it has happened:
Crowded areas (cities, hunts)
Areas with no one else around (housing/rooms)
Overworld areas in general
Instanced dungeons/trials/raids/pvp matches
Instanced gold saucer fates
Crafting
Fighting
Running/Walking/Flying/Swimming
Afk idling (leaving the game running while going away from the pc, come back to find an error message)
Tabbed out of game.
On the fucking character selection screen.

Things I have tried, NONE OF WHICH HAVE WORKED:
Uninstalling, redownloading and reinstalling the game.
Starting the game up via Steam and without Steam.
Switching to directx9 in launcher and via Steam properties (where I tried directx9, directx11 and direct12).
Lowering my graphics in the System Settings in-game.
Capping my fps in the System Settings.
Played the game in windowed/fullscreen/borderless windowed (in-game and manually in the FXIV.cfg file in My Games > FINAL FANTASY XIV - A REALM REBORN).
(Any imaginable combination of the above, ie 30fps in windowed mode while using direct9 and Steam, for example)
Installing new GPU drivers (clean installation).
Lowering my GPU memory and core clock via MSI Afterburner
Disabling Microsoft services.
Updating Windows 10.
Using the directx End-User Runtime Web Installer.
Installing (and subsequently UNinstalling) GeForce Experience.
Muting the game (ingame and via the volume controller).
Playing the game without overlays (I don't use Reshade, ACT or any mods) or anything running in the background (no web browser, no discord).
Using older drivers for my GPU.
Doing a clean boot of my pc.
Played the game in various compatibility modes.
Adding missing direct.dll files to C:\Windows\sysWOW64, and then to C:\Windows\System32 when the former didnt work.
Uninstalling and doing a clean isntall of my GPU.

Please keep in mind that my pc is NOT a potato. When my game actually runs, it runs perfectly. I have consistently 60+ fps on medium-to-high graphics even during flashy battles and basically zero load times ever. At this point I'm seriously starting to suspect that this is either a fault of Square Enix's own spaghetti coding, or that I need a new GPU altogether. But then again Final Fantasy XIV is the only game on my PC that is consistently crashing. I am playing both mmorpgs and offline games on my PC and they never crash.
