Fixes Attempted: Rebooting the game. Rebooting the console. Checking internet connection (working well up to speed). Contacted my internet provider to be sure. I even bought a new router and modem. And the problems still continue.

Intense lag and disconnection. This has happened the last few days, only during or after I have played any patch 4.4 content, especially the new dungeon.
