@Kerwin, this trace route is going to the North American Data Center but the OP is located in Europe. The spike in return time coincides with the jump from Europe to the US. @LalaSoccer, you are connecting to the Goblin server, correct? The trace routes you provided do not show anything out of the ordinary if you are currently in Europe. Do you mind explaining the issue you are having? You posted your previous thread, but I'd like you to explain it in more detail so there is no confusion. Please also provide the following information:

- Platform (PC, PS4, Mac)
- Any error codes or messages you receive upon disconnect (if any)
- Type of connection (wired or wireless)
- Other programs running while the game is playing (if any)
- Frequency at which error occurs
- Everything you have tried to resolve the issue

I've tried the following things support has told me to do:
- Under the "General" tab, please delete ALL browser history
- Under the "Security" tab, please move the slider to the lowest possible settings or no higher than "Medium"
- Under the "Privacy" tab, please move the slider to the lowest possible settings or to "Allow All Cookies"
- Under the "Advanced" tab, please make sure that "Allow software to run or install even if signature is invalid" is CHECKED.
- Make sure that all SSL and TLS (EXCEPT SSL 3.0) are CHECKED.
- Changed the compatibility mode to Windows 7
- Opened ports 54992 - 54994, 55006 - 55007 and 55021 - 55040
- Running game as admin via Steam
