    Connection lost in PvP when using gap closers

    So I've gone to support with this issue twice, I've done everything they've said but the issues still persists. First months I did PvP I didn't lose my connection at all, then I started playing classes with gap closers like WAR's Onslaught, DRK's Plunge and MNK's Wind Tackle. This has just happened in Frontlines so far, not in PvE or Feast.

    I've tried the following things support has told me to do:
    - Under the "General" tab, please delete ALL browser history
    - Under the "Security" tab, please move the slider to the lowest possible settings or no higher than "Medium"
    - Under the "Privacy" tab, please move the slider to the lowest possible settings or to "Allow All Cookies"
    - Under the "Advanced" tab, please make sure that "Allow software to run or install even if signature is invalid" is CHECKED.
    - Make sure that all SSL and TLS (EXCEPT SSL 3.0) are CHECKED.
    - Changed the compatibility mode to Windows 7
    - Opened ports 54992 - 54994, 55006 - 55007 and 55021 - 55040

    This didn't work, so I tried contacting support again, but then they said:

    Can this be because I play on NA from EU? My programmer friend told me it's a server sync problem, but I've asked around and nobody else seems to have this issue.

    Edit: Also tried running the game as administrator on steam. Didn't work.

    This has been going on since at least the previous feast season, and it's the most frustrating.
    I've lost a lot of games because of it. Won some too but hey, that's not a fun way to win.

    Your issues could be coming from the fact that you are EU and connecting to a NA server. Although that shouldn't be a issue it is possible. Have you contacted your ISP and reported the issue? Or ran a trace route to see where you are having packet loss?

    I am reporting latency issues in PVP Shatter, all day 05/29/18. Occurrence is frequent and happened only after emergency maintenance. I have not had these issues before. Other players in the PVP Shatter instance have reported latency in gameplay, action and spell casting.

    Can you elaborate on the kind of issue you are having?

    Please provide:

    - Platform (PC, PS4, Mac)
    - the nature of the latency
    - Type of connection (wired or wireless)
    - Other programs running while the game is playing (if any)
    - Everything you have tried to resolve the issue
