Here is an example of Traceroute to Chaos Datacenter and Ragnarok IP:

PS: I had noticed the issues always happened to me at Telia.net which is both Packet Loss and Ping spikes.

Here's a Traceroute to Chaos Datacenter (195.82.50.9)





And here's a Traceroute to Ragnarok IP (195.82.50.45)



As seen above on both, Packet Loss and Ping spikes on Telia.net

Sigh, i've been posting there, i thought i posted there, its just that i've read your comment regarding taking a screenshot as soon as it happens on previous page and forgot to switch tab as i had both threads open.

That's the thing though, this has been going on for months with seemingly no action taken. We were patient, but that patience has run out for a lot of people. This needs sorting as a matter of urgency NOW.
