I understand the frustration you are having and apologize for the trouble and inconvenience. However, connection issues and latency are common problems with an online game and this can spawn from a variety of sources. Because of this, there isn't a way to "fix it" that will work for everyone. To address this, we suggest a number of things that may be the the root of the problem, however, we have no control over your connection or ISP so it is not possible for us to pinpoint the exact cause. While these kinds of issues may coincide with a patch, this doesn't necessarily mean that it is the cause, as such we also cannot "fix it" from the server side. The thread we created for the NA data center is used to collect data for a possible interruption between the server and players, something neither we nor our player base has direct control over. Since you are having difficulty connecting to the EU data center, we cannot direct you to this same thread, nor do we have the evidence to suggest that your issue stems from the same interruption. With that we are left with giving our standard troubleshooting suggestions.
I understand that you have tried our suggestions and your problem persists, so I will ask that you provide a trace route, preferably during a time of the day that you would normally experience these issues. If it is possible, try to perform one while playing the game, to get the most accurate results. Please post this trace route here.
Again, I understand that this has been a frustrating process, especially for a paid service. Please understand that we do everything we can to try and assist, but there is a limit to our abilities in solving an issue like this.
