Tell me whats the point of being subbed to FF14 when we can not play it at all without these constant lags and disconnections. We pay for this game to be able to play and EXPECT premium customer service and solutions!
I suppose you don't care if you start losing your subs but beware people are getting p***ed off at this point. How much longer will we hear the same crap about waiting and all that. Another month maybe? another 2? No thanks I am sure people wont stick around that long.

I have just been disconnected AGAIN 5 times in a row in the space of 10 minutes for no reason! Its ridiculous and I DEMAND answers in the name of every player that is experiencing the same issues. Its not fair that all you give is some mumbo jumbo about collecting data and give us the same stereotypical answers that are practically pre-scripted in cases like these.

We need actual actions taken to be able to enjoy this game again ! I have been left discouraged and disgusted how the game is performing at the moment and everything started after 4.2 (at least for me). I'm sorry but we DO NOT pay for a service just to be disregarded and I am in disbelief that something major like these issues will more than likely go without any kind of reimbursement after all the days we were unable to play (undoubtedly more days to follow) properly and our experience has been severely damaged by these issues.

So please do have a think about how are you going to make this up to your community because I am sure that if you don't people will leave in a heartbeat.
