On my account a blank character slot was activated instead of my main... also contacted customer service. Wondering if it is worth all this hassle over $3. I've already lost 6 days of play time for the month I paid for, and 8 days is approximately $3 anyway. /annoyed





Now how is that possible from user, it has to be system glitch/issue for sure... unless only thing I can guess is you had a character before in that empty slot and deleted it since you didn't use it anymore and somehow the account still had a slot info or something weird like that...

Only character I ever made on this account was this one, which I made when the game first launched. If only. Hadn't heard from them since I made that update so I contacted support again today to see if I could get an update of some kind. Basically the response was I would have to wait longer as they continue to review my account. Looks like another weekend lost for me. I'm starting to care less and less. As much as I want to hang around and support the game this has just been an alienating situation so far.

I've gotta be honest, I completely expect them to beat around the bush for as long as possible. If it had been just 1 month, I probably would have said to hell with it and and activated the right one. But I payed for a full 6 months, would cost about another 20. I payed for 6 months to save money, not spend more because their database or w/e messed things up.If only. Same here, I subbed for 3 months myself so I understand exactly what you mean. With what I would have to pay in order to get my character I could practically pay for another whole month of time. As much as I was trying to hold back from doing it I'll probably just take this up with my bank. When you went to cancel you character you cancelled the bottom one, right? SE puts new character slots above the old ones.
