If they can only be purchased by FCs then I would bet that would help quite a bit. The thing is not everyone really wants a house. BUT, just about everyone wants their FC to have a house. Hell if it was even just 1 ward per it would still help a little. Thing is there are people who just worked and saved with their FC so their FC could get a house and now we are stuck sitting on 35 mil just praying that a house will come along. And we only want one that's all I think a FC should be able to have a HQ it's part of playing the game.
