Character still stuck: 2 email tickets in with no response
Once with Chat support basically told me to wait on a dev, no time frame

Agent Orlando 23:38：Okay so based on your ticket you have done everything that we can recommend. Unfortunately, since your character was stuck in an instance the GMs can not move the character. So the only thing left would be to report this on the bug forums to resolve the issue.
Agent Orlando 23:42：Unfortunately, not because it's not us that work on it it's the developers.

Still stuck with no way to play the game after buying stormblood for myself.
