Nothing official/public, at least specific to Odin (back to that in a sec), but I did receive an email reply to my original support ticket at 11:51 BST saying that the issue should now be resolved.

Given the timing and nature of the email - it wasn't targeted directly towards my ticket (title didn't match) but more of a cookie cutter 10104 response - I'd hazard a guess that the global Ruby Sea server reset sorted it out, with the morning lull in server traffic temporarily alleviating the situation before that. Though as I say, that's just a guess.
