Character broken after first SB primal! I need help ASAP

Same issue here. Just got the word that they can't move my character. So i guess this is FFXIV true ending?

I haven't even gotten a response from them at all. Where do I message to ask to be moved?

Started when I left the The Pool of Tribute trail, game crashed saying unexpected error has occurred. Am able to sign on with alt chars in same world.

I can't play my main at all. Other characters work fine.
Same issue on PS4 and PC.
