Character broken after first SB primal! I need help ASAP

Time: 8-9 hours ago~
World name: Odin
Character name: Meriko Rei
Class/Level: AST 64
Area and coordinates: The Pool of Tribute
Steps:
1. Finish The Pool of Tribute
2. Leave instance
3. Game crashes, ffxiv_dx11.exe error
4. Sit in queue
5. Load into my character after 2hours
6. Game crashes, ffxiv_dx11.exe / ffxiv.exe error
6. Repeat

When this happened to me I was with my husband in the new primal , he is still on fine and can play the game . He's kept in a party with me and the party just disbanded ( he didn't disband it ) don't know if that's a sign they are trying to fix the problem or anything lmao

I think a party auto-removes someone who's been offline for a period of time.
