Rampant amount of Bots in Frontline

Recently there has been huge amount of bots in shatter. Is SE planning to do anything about this? Reporting doesn't seem to do anything much. People claimed who reported them and even after weeks they're still around. It sucks when you get a party with 4+ bots and you can't even initiate a vote kick.

Honestly there needs to be a way for immediate action say if someone gets reported (5+ or 10+) times for cheating their character should get locked out for 24hrs, 48hrs and so forth to that particular instance. I don't see why when someone get their internet feelings hurt and report someone for harassment it gets immediate attention while this doesn't. ::thinking::

I have seen some of them on the EU datacenter now too. Mainly Healers. I really hope There will be actions taken.

You don't see it getting immediate attention because the GMs need to be sure. Your 'solution' potential empowers bullying. What if someone initiates a vote kick on you 10 times for cheating and you wasn't? Not only was you kicked 10 times, but now you have a 48h ban.

Can they tell someone is abusing someone immediately? No, but in many circumstances they can simply check logs and verify.

Can they tell they're botting immediately? No. it may just be someone watching netflix following their normal steps, or not responding or...any number of things. Everything needs to be checked. Perhaps its a hack? Do they ban it immediately or find a solution first? try to understand it some more?
