I just saw the spell showcase video from stormblood and, I'm very confused

When I started playing the game I rolled as a BLM because I thought it was a cool looking job.

Then I discovered Astrologian and fell in love with the sakura card captor feeling.
I then leveled every other job (still working on this horrible monk job though), I wanted to have the freedom the pick what job would suit me best for the expansion.

When the red mage was announced (without much surprise), I felt that this could become my new true love, and then... and then this video showed up.

After seeing all these new skills, all these cool revamped spell effect.
I am now very unhappy.
SE, why did you give such cool looking spell to everyone? (Except monk, but I don't care, monks suck)
My choice should have been simple... Yet it isn't
My heart is confused now.
I need to choose, but... I don't know if I can, if I'll be able to... It is too hard for me now.

What should I do? How can I know which job truly fits me.

Please, minna-san, grant me your strength to help me fight the doubt that SE installed in my heart!

I have to tell you, i feel the same thing as you. All spell look cool. I want to play all. I think the better think to do is try revamped jobs. It will help us to choose.

Bon du coups je vais répondre en FR (^3^)

Erm pour choisir son job il y a plusieurs manières :

• Son apparence
• Ses équipements
• Son visuel lors des combats
• Le visuel de ses actions/sorts

Mais aussi :

• Son Rôle (tank/heal/dps)
• Son mode de jeu
• Ce que tu aimes faire (si t'aime pas incanter, il faut pas prendre mage noir par exemple)
• La facilité et que cela paraisse "naturel" pour toi

Techniquement tu pourrais tout monter 70 et changer à volonté (avec le problème de l'équipement ...)

Ce qui est bien dans FF14 c'est que tout les jobs ont des bon et mauvais points et qu'ils sont tous proches en moyenne.

Si tu veux un conseil : monte en 1 jusqu'à 70 pour le scénario puis va butiner à gauche à droite et change de fleur à volonté : tu es libre après tout (^3^)
L'équipement est relativement facile à obtenir : garde les drops de donjon max et tu peux t'en sortir dans le end-game (^3^)
