Why are bad hunt behavior rewarded?

On Ragnarok there's a whole FC having fun fast pulling all the NM to troll all the other player, and while no measure can be taken against them, we can be reported if we reset the NM to help people coming for it.
I think you guys have the idea of good behavior wrong.

What's the bad behaviour in question? Pulling an open world mob before someone unrelated is ready to engage it isn't against any rule.

Pulling only because you know you will bother plenty of other people searching for NM that won't be there to get the reward sound like a bad behavior to me. Especially when the FC tag is literally "Troll".

What I can read there is a bunch of selfish answer, but I guess this represent kinda well today's community. That's sad when you literally play a massive multiplayer online game.
Plus I don't agree with the "no such thing as early pulling" when players run around and insta pull mobs that everyone is after just to forbid them to get it.

Unless they are explicitly saying in chat that they are doing it for the express purpose of trolling, i.e. Griefing, there's nothing that will be done. As has already been stated, hunts are open world content.

Damn I should've keep a screen then. People often get into an argue with this FC so I guess it shouldn't be hard to have one.

If you're able to kill the hunt mob with your party/raid/fc you're allowed to go for it ... I think some dev said that harrassement only starts if someone tries to reset an already engaged hunt mob.
And sorry, but it's not true: just because we're playing a MMO, doesn't mean you have to wait for the entire server. I played a lot of MMOs with World Bosses etc ... ppl wait long enough until they think they have enough ppl to kill - not a single minute longer.

Ok so what you are missing here is that they don't even wait. They see a mob, they kill it. Just because it's fun for them to see the salt in shout.
