    putting it on 11x "fixed it"

    I hate 11x because it makes the game even slower. I hate being hit by things that I dodged. Also sometimes crashes with 11x errors
    DX11 should be FASTER on almost every PC withing the last 4 years....

    It's a more efficient API that takes better advantage of multi-core/multi-threaded CPUs.
