If enough people scream loudly enough, eventually someone will come and see what all the fuss is about.

Also, for half of those options they said they'll think about it or they'll actually do it if the playerbase really wants it.
While the question for Hempen Underwear wasn't properly understood in the first place and therefore answered wrongly.

I think the only thing that has been outright refused was better textures as they said multiple times that they want to prioritize stability over looks.

To actually answer this I'd like to know what rails and tyres have to do with this. I thought it was character costumization and not how to pimp your ride :x

Don't forget all the other threads begging for better customization in general that have like 500 posts and 100 likes on the first post.

I assume he's mad that things like butt sliders and hempen underpants got more "maybe"-type responses at the Q&A(even though they misunderstood the hempen one), whereas more character customization options got a "Nope, no plans at this time" answer. And by making people pick only one he probably hopes to have more faces or hair or better texture come out above butts and underpants "so the devs will see what's really in demand".
