Using 3rd party tools to call out Box Spawns / Enemy Buffs / DR considered cheating?

and just click that at the start of the match? Not sure on the timings xD I tried to figure it out once but there seems to be a tiny bit of rng to them, they're def more or less timed though.

Yoshi-P mentioned awhile back the possibility of encrypting packets during pvp. No clue if thats still in the works but, like he mentions, it might block things like parsers and cooldown timer programs, but theres much worse out there and the people who make things like bot-assist programs will just find ways around it. http://forum.square-enix.com/ffxiv/t...03#post3696803

Ironically enough, a google search I did trying to find that post linked to one of the aforementioned program's forum where they were discussing it. So yeah... its a thing.

Adrenaline box callout is not that much of a impact since the spawns are always the same it's more about buffs etc.getting called out. Your solution also wouldn't work since macro would get canceled as soon as u use other macros that are more important (purify etc.).

Not only is it cheating, it's also pathetic. It's not as bad as cheating through college (as I know some people did, who never hold a job for long afterwards. Hmm I wonder why??), but it's up there.
