    I expressed my concern for this matter the second I saw it in the "press release" documents. You know, the whole 2.0 hype.

    A: For the ones that require a certain amount of people, I think it would be better to be closed off, so please assume that this means they will basically disappear. However, there will still be beastman strongholds in the open fields.

    Y: you can say everything will be gone but like public field there will be those that will still exist but it’s easier to design where only few members can go in, so we’re looking to go that direction.
    This confuses me a bit. But if I'm reading right, open dungeons will no longer exist in 2.0?
    Or they will be rare?

    My concern remains... Especially considering this:

    A: Basically, you can consider that they will eventually be gone in the end. Though there is an issue on how the content in field areas should be handled. For example, the beastman strongholds that were introduced in patch 1.19. I'm considering keeping those sorts of elements in the game.

    However, challenges that limit player number are easier to design if they're in a form of instanced area. Also it'd be easier for players to seek members using a party finder. Thus in general, please consider that many of them will eventually become an instance area.
    When I saw that, my heart sank. I have essentially lost the will to debate anything anymore at this point. I don't know, maybe I'll give a shit in a couple months once I forget about this major disappointment.
