LOL! The GM response script basically goes like this:

"Hey [Player Name], this is GM [Name]. Do you have time to talk about your issue?"
"Great! I know it can be very frustrating when experiencing [insert action that hurt your feelings]."
"We take these issues very seriously in the effort to providing players with the best possible gaming experience."

It's a script. They're in the business of sales, and keeping repeat customers. The script is designed to make you feel like they actually care about your issues no matter how petty it is. Serious offenses are definitely looked into and action is taken. Booting someone for differing playstyles has already been confirmed, and quoted in an earlier post, that it is acceptable for being the reason for a Vote Kick even though it's not explicitly listed on the Dialogue Box.

Were you playing songs? A lot of people can't stand when brds won't play their songs. Not saying it's kick worthy, but just trying to think of a reason they may have kicked you like that.

Except we have zero way of knowing they were parsing or not. To be honest on the side of DPS meters ultimately I wouldn't care (I know I always try my best) but that would start a whole different warzone on the forum.

Healer/Tank: "No problem, we'll queue up for it anyway and then boot out one of the DPS after most of the dungeon is over with"

If that is the case, their characters should rot in jail for like a month.

People will kick players so they don't have to roll against them for loot, or to get their friends in via PiP. It's good you reported them.
