Because console players can't rely on mods.

then address the problem so that they can rely on mods, but leave parsers out of the game. this community is too immature to have such a tool.

I know I shouldn't bring it up here. But in the other thread you simply say it's fine to ignore people having ''fun''. There is nothing more immature than actually ignoring the fact you play an MMO and you play with other people who also happens to pay the sub, who likes to have fun and do content as they are intended to be done. When you play an MMO, people expect people to do somewhat good so they can stay in the group or even be part of one for a while.

Want to know what the most immature part of the community is? People being in denial having a flaw.

I don't think you can really do that. Parser are not allowed only because you're not supposed to use third party tools.
If you allow mods, then a parser mod is allowed.

These are the kinds of people I mentioned earlier.

And still none of you have addressed this.

People don't need a parser to do better, they need the interest in learning the maximum DPS rotation to upkeep and the ability to react to mechanics that would attempt to disrupt your combo to minimize lost DPS. A parser is neither motivation nor a tool to help others learn how to deal with such mechanics.

One guide and one coach are better than a thousand parsers. And it would promote talking.

When you only want to fight a dummy, thats enough.

and the ability to react to mechanics that would attempt to disrupt your combo to minimize lost DPS.
This statament is wrong. When you do it this way you will be far behind good damage dealers and never beat DPS checks like hands of pain in content like A3S. Knowing the basic rotation just the beginning. In real fights you have to rebuild parts of it to get out the maximum possible damage. To find the best solution, you need to know the result of the changes. And the result of the changes you only get by knowing the numbers.

Or by seeing how many seconds of your buffs are wasted, or how long you let your DoTs wear off...

Parsing is not the only solution. Or else, everybody who doesn't use a parser would be terrible at this game.

Actually. Many openers/rotations often comes from parsers. You know dervy? I'm well aware you know who he is. Do you wanna know something? He spent HOURS, I talk HOURS 6-10 hours a day finding out whats good on DRG, crit, det, skillspeed etc you name it. All this info came from a parser, believe it or not. If you don't believe me I can give you endless of proof and screenshots of me and him doing it together. This is called optimisation. All he did was hitting a dummy with different stats looked over time to see whats good or not, and you know, because of him many knows how to play DRG. What if he never had a tool to even find out this info then what? Gonna run through battle log and then theorycraft? XD
