Where to report in-game typos?

A bit ago, I filed a report for an in-game typo where I thought it was most appropriate, the In-Game Bugs sub-forum. However, the report was summarily moved to the Not a Bug Report sub-forum without comment. The introductory post for the In-Game Bugs sub-forum makes no mention of what exactly would cause this to occur, and it makes no mention of whether or not typos are classified as bugs.

Puzzled, and unable to reply to that thread, I searched around a bit. After some searching, I found differing recommendations in the forums to post typos either in the Localization sub-forum or in the Bug Reports section (examples here and here).

The introductory post for the English Localization sub-forum states:

This forum was introduced to give players a centralized location to comment on English-related issues found within the Lodestone, and all other official websites.

It doesn't specifically mention in-game localization. The rest of that post has text that kind of implies that it could apply to in-game dialogue/typo/localization issues, but it can also be read as applying to Lodestone content instead.

With that lengthy explanation out of the way, I'd rather not have a future report seemingly brushed aside, so... Where is the proper place to report possible spelling mishaps, grammatical goofs, localization comments/questions, or other mistakes regarding in-game text?

From what I understand, the Localization section seems to be indeed the place to post typo errors in both the Lodestone and in-game dialogue - often the Localization team will in fact often directly respond (where and when they are able to) to such reports. Otherwise, the Community Team will probably just move your report to the relevant section that they feel is more appropriate.
