My friend in KSA plays FF on a ps4 and there was no maintenance for her yesterday so I guess yesterday's maintenance was some attempt at fixing the issue though I'm certain the problem is mainly Etisalat's

Did SE comment anything about this? They should try to support us with this even if it was SE or Etisalat's problem. The game is being sold in our stores.

I spammed etisalat Mail with my repeated complaint emails, I swear I am not joking, sent an email then 15 minutes later another email, total of 5 emails and I won't stop, I am so pissed off right now!!!! They have to fix this goddamn issue, it's not our problem to fix, wasting people's time and they sit on their chairs just replying us with automated replys that takes us nowhere! Them or psn gotta fix this issue or refund all of us on our psn game version, Priod.

Unfortunately, we will not be in a position to assist you with your request as its a third party service issue.

However, we have escalated the issue to the concerned department. If we get any positive reply, we will update you immediately.

Else, please be requested to get in touch with your Internet Service Provider directly and escalate.

as ive said before all of them ( SE, PSN and Etisalat ) are just throwing things but not giving an answer that will actually help.....mails are replied but still to check the ISP.....and ISP answered they will check.....were dancing in a circle of doom.
