Troubling logging in

Anyone else on PS4 that having trouble logging in on PS4? It goes past the version check but then on the launcher screen where the login part is just sit there and then comes up with Error code (WV-33907-2) It a different error code then what I usually see, think the other error code start with NP.

Later: Still get same error and I also have PC license which I decided to log in on but nope same issue there also.

Well I got a hold of tech support for SE and they were like no help and just wanted me to do bunch of stuff already tried. Does SE really have a tech support department or just some person reading off a script of common problems?

I have the same problem as well since yesterday on PS4.

I got it working myself by doing the following steps.

Settings > Application Saved Data Management > Saved Data in System Storage

First back a back up of you saved data by selecting "Copy to USB Storage Device" and make back up for your XIV folder (this also allows you to transfer your settings to a different PS4 also)

Then go to "delete" and select your XIV save folder and delete the "system data" file

When you launch it again it will think it a new install and just click I already have account and follow the steps and let you log in. After that it letting me log in as normal again.

Thanks Lexia. I managed to log in, but the connection is very bad.
Very laggy.
