I don't think so...regions are a very sensitive topic with SE and PSN.

Because i remember someone mentioned something about NA region on ps4 might be the issue in uae!

I play on EU, same error. So a change will fix nothing

I wrote now again with a IT technician. pls pls let them fix it now

Had a call now again from IT Etisalat. They made a project group and they work on it. They informed me, they are in contact with SE and PSN.
I stay in contact with them. So let's be optimistic!!
