Square Enix issues me a warning for 'being inactive' GM help?

After waking up from a party late last night, I was greeted with an email that had told me that I had received a warning for inappropriate text chat, although I had not accessed the account in a few days. The following is SE telling me that I was banned for AFKing and even admitting that I did not do anything wrong, and then consequently disconnecting me. The following is the chat log from SE customer service :

Were you perhaps in a party when you went AFK? If so, perhaps someone in the party booted you for afk/inactivity.

Just a note for future reference...pasting stuff like this--especially with names in it--can lead to more warnings, possibly even a temp suspension for violating forum guidelines.

Thank you for bringing this to my attention. I will make sure your discussion with a Support Center agent is looked into and reviewed by the Support Center. However, I cannot discuss any possible account actions on the forums due to our privacy policy. If you would like to discuss your concerns with any account action that may have been taken against your account, please submit an in game GM call to discuss the issue with a GM. The GMs, who issue account actions for in game violations, would have the most detailed information that we could share with someone logged into the account in question.

Since we cannot discuss this account action in the public forums, I will be closing this thread.

meh- its your account and your responsibility. unless you plan on having GMS called on you in the future it shouldn't even matter. legally - this wouldn't even fall under defamation of character if that's what you were attempting to threaten with. instead of dealing with it privately between SE and yourself, you went to a public forum to display a conversation indicating "someone else" was on your account when this happened. if I lend my car to a friend and they get a parking ticket, the ticket received in the mail is addressed to me. your character, your account. deal with it.

So you weren't even actually banned? Why are you worked up so much about a warning... I mean, if someone really, really did get into your account without you knowing, that is bad.
But if you did just happen to AFK and get a warning... it's just a warning, calm down. The only reason you should be worried about a warning is if you think you'll get another one, which would lead you to be banned.

Op, you probably deserved whatever warning you received. Your response to it is just bizarre, from your threats of legal action to the nonsensical posts on the forums. Grow up and move on.
