Well that's why I assumed it was done, because I saw the FB post yesterday about the windows one being up but when I checked emails and my SE account ths morning it told me to register the code on psn... When I did it downloaded and installed perfectly fine - which I assumed wouldn't have happened until the service was active (I tried when the codes were originally emailed and it said it didn't exist..

It's currently running first time set up again. If not I'll have to go into my system settings and wipe absolutely everything, then do 7 months of updates
