Problem is, IMO, with update checking, not with real update. In yours case, you have latest version, but launcher still will does checking (launcher check for update after every login, before game will launch).

So If I wipe and reinstall the whole thing, it might fix this? I don't really want to have to go through hours of reinstallation if it won't help
