Yea you don't get it I'm not going to to post my full outline on the thread that will just get miss read ^_^ I'm not that new to this. I'm 100% ok with the one posted by Mahes. Something like this need more of a sit down talk. Not a I think she thinks post tag.

I'm saying Mahes is right and now we need to take the next step and not sit here and bash each other for dum crap, that just go to show WHY we are having a hard time @endgame and getting more players into it. There to much heat going on between the FCs right now. I don't need to make all new out line of what he said when it right.. My point is let get this moving then ^_^

On a side note to you're ramdom bashing on my 1 point. And my past exp do count.. Exp always counts in life and in game. Even if it just one point so moving on ...

I feel like even with making the endgame raiders better, is nice and all. It won't fix the underlining problem... We cant forget about the newbe players all together.. There the future raiders/endgamers. Just bc there 8-12 weeks behind us or more and may never see t13 befor 3.0. This Is not how this works! we need to work on the server as a hole not just endgame and the only why to do this is to come together as a server and as FC leaders and work something out not sit here bsing over it on the forums for days on end. with the forum being so dead as hell 50% of the time lol and rarely anyone ever post other then the same 15-20 ppl. I'm on here all that time 5-10'times a day to see if someone posted or needs help.

You also said you're FC is casual right? but if you're all hardcore endgames now ... You're NOT CASUAL at all. You use to be, but now you're a Hardcore endgame FC .. Right?^_^/ it's not all about that endgamers and we need to start with letting new players or other that come to our server forums KNOW what FC do what and what there main focus is.

So yea sure I'll give a few points but the more hardcore elit players here will just think of them selfs 1st.. Yea ya you said you're out to help the server but when you say crap that puts down the newer players exp or for get to even think about them you're just showing you're elit side -_-; New players are the future endgame.

1: MAKE A FORUM POST OUTLINEING THE MAIN FC ON THE SERVER AND WHAT THERE FOCUS IS!

2: MAKE A IN GAME LS FOR FC LEADERS AND 1 or 2 OF THERE OFFICER TO JOIN AND TALK ABOUT HELPING OR WORKING TOGETHER TO FINSH SOMETHING FOR SOMEONE IF THEY NEED HELP. This way all the main FC that wish to be apart of this can talk and keep up to date on info and the flow of the server. Like a officer LS but for FC leaders ^_^

First Suggestion: Go big then work your way down or go small then work on your way up.
Either gather up all the small/medium sized fc, get them to work together, see who wants to do end game content, and start from there. Build them up help those who wants to be helped.

Or get the big fcs to join the cause. I can name a few that does End game content, recently there's a HUGE influx of new FC that's popping out of nowhere. They have numbers, but I doubt they have raid experience if they do, it's only a small number of them. Go with endgame FCs like EWV (5 statics, 3 has t13 on farm, 1 on t13 last phase, 1 on t13 fresh), CRUSH (5+ statics, progress unknown, by just checking lodestone I see 1 person with the last witness title), DND (? statics, alot of members finished t13) SIN (? statics, home of alot of good members finished with final coil) FUSE (2+ statics, alot of good members willing to help) NIGHT (1+? statics, another home for alot of good players with t13 downs) ABEL (your home), AoB (2+? statics, home of alot of good players, alot are finished with coil), WRECK (1+? static, alot of members, main static downed t13 , works closely with the fc HOUSE).
They have alot of really good and nice people you can work with to make this happen.

Now what to do when you get alot of people going with your idea?
Have a server wide standard on how to do t9-t13. What do I mean by this? Here's an example, Johnny Nooblord joins a t10 learning group, nice people and such, they got to last phase but they didnt down....poor Nooblord Now on the next day! He told himself today I will clear and joined another t10 clear group! but they do a different way on doing adds, charges, and etc now Nooblord is confused! The party blames him for the wipes, Nooblord leaves the party...vouches never to do coil again. That's an extreme example but you get the point, it will be easier if everyone on the same page, easier for everyone and less confusion. Take in mind that Nooblord is...well a noob, anyone who cleared t10 half a year ago would know how to adjust but our focus on is helping new people on raiding.


Ok we have people now, a set way to do it now we need a way for people to get good! how we do we do this?

Here's my story, back then I was helping someone improve their dps, but clearly I outgear the person....so what I did is I tried to imitate the person's items the best I can and worked on using that. He can see what number he is supposed to hit, he has a goal, so on and so forth instead of just showing him my parse and set unreasonable standards for him.

it's a dps simulator! take it with a grain of salt! just ask them what's their weapon dmg, weapon delay, str/int/dex, crit,det, sks or sps then plug it in and viola!! it would give you a benchmark on how much dmg you are supposed to be doing!

I say go with starting big the bigger FC .. Or the more older/ exp FC that is.

it's more of uhhh...trying to get people to work together....since we're a small server, im pretty sure some FC doesn't wanna work with others. Now, do we wanna set our differences aside and work together? Well that's up to the fc leaders....which brings us back to the first thing: getting people to meet up in 1 single Teamspeak or even having a Linkshell that has all of the major fc leaders so they can discuss whatever there then work their way down to the members by passing the message. Or even merging all of the "FCOB farm" linkshells into 1 giant linkshell that we can either grab members or teach new members. A linkshell where we ALL set our differences aside and help each other and those who wants to learn, no drama, you may have to play with people you don't like but again put that aside and let's try to save this server.

I say do both, get together on a voice chat one or two times a month to talk about a few key points and make a FC leaders LS for the server.. Both in my mind will work well together. As log Horizon's leader I feel this is a best way to come together as a server and work out what needs to be done... If other FC don't want to be apart of this that's there call and more power to them...And GL .. But as for the lead fc's on the server we need to try and work together to make it a better place to be or join.

For both casual game play and endgame casual or hardcore.

I like the ideas. The reason why I was so intent about posting stuff here first is because we've actually done fc leaders 2ce a month on mumble and we also had an fc leader ls. But nothing productive came of it. People simple got on ts and stroked each other's egos. On here, everything said is permanent and can be reviewed. Don't let my misunderstanding your points stop you. You're not posting for me. You're posting for the server. You don't need to post all you ideas. Just can start with your less ambitious ones first. Everyone brainstorming together is a good thing.

I agree with this and in all honesty is sound great in theory and like you said, people are going to have to get over there differences if they want this to work. I personally am will to work with whatever FC is will to get this thing going.I have had issues with people from 1 of the FCs you have listed and to be honest I am over the harsh words that were said, fuck I dont even care for an apology I just want to help people that need help.

Also this is the kind of post I've wanted to see not all this back and forth debating and frankly I was done with this post when it was still going on but I am going to do my best to get this going I am going to contact a few FCs that I have worked with/done stuff in the past and talk to them Obviously I want as much help as possible because like it was said earlier 1 person won't make a difference.

There was an ls out there i was apart of it.. nothing did get done and its cause no one wanted to put for the effort to get it done.. Here I am willing to do what I can.. I have 2 ls' right now that are for community stuff I try to help with at least 4 runs of stuff on the weekend, due to the fact thats when i have the most free time.

For whoever is interested message me ingame and I will me contacting FC leads to see who is willing to help.
