The lack of a price history is a big reason we have very unstable prices in this game. If a history were installed, prices would stabilize and buying and selling would be a lot more habitable for both supplier and consumer. Should SE also implement all the economic regulations that rule commerce IRL?

IMO they shouldn't. Implementing simple systems to discourage market manipulation sounds like a better plan.
