I would like this a lot. However if there are traits to say, become a vampire, I would hope there could be traits to get a Garlean third eye somehow. I really want one for my character.

pretty sure those are genetic, like padjal horns or the Allagan eyes. Meaning we ain't getting them (though the latter is just red eyes so bad example there :P)
