    I think this is probably because the previous "Be My Valentione" contest was NA only and anyone who entered correctly, got a prize:

    It takes a while to get it ready. You need to come up with the idea and then you need the ingredients and then you need to make it... You can't wave a magic wand and have it done >.>.

    Also, the EU contest is split between three languages. You'll never see all the entries if you only look at the English forum, we have one German entry(a pretty cool entry too!)
