Suggestion: Please fix World transfer service. (Feb 19th 2015)

According to this post here. it says its been resolved, however when i try doing a world transfer on one of my characters i keep getting the same error message 401.

Update:
The message below pops up after i've enetered payment information. (Like it's being rejected)
And i've tried several CC information as payment elsewhere and they work just fine, but not via moogstation world transfer payment. (Mastercard)



My character meet all requirements for the World Transfer so that's not the issue.
And my payment method is working properly too. (Because i tried it somewhere else)

Now i know i should post this somehwere it reads report bug or w/e but it seems i cant post in that section.

- God this is annoying, i cant tell you how frustrating this is...

Update 2: 2015.02.20

The world transfer service is still not working. Same error.

I have even tried it on my 2nd account, and i get the same error. >.<

ok...world transfer and optional items...payments issues...all useless & not working.
And no one even bothers to reply from the GM / Community team if there's any issues.
Wich clearly there is!
