GM Support notification won't clear

I have the same problem... 3 days close the support mail but every 15 min *plin* mail come back! pls fix it!

still having this issue. heard some people had theirs go away but i've had this problem all week. it's on the bug report forums as "accepted," but no indication that they're actually doing anything about it. extremely obnoxious

I opened a ticket last night to discuss an issue with a GM, but after I received the normal reply in the Support Desk, nothing I do seems to clear the blinking notification about a reply from support on my minimap. I've gone through every ticket I've ever opened in my history and set them all to "closed," but the indicator is still there.

Same thing fo me for a few days now. restarting browser or closing issues wont help me either

Frankly, if I had known I'd get this bug, I would have let the harassment go unreported.

I had this a while ago. I usually find that replying to the latest reply with a thank you to the GM works.

Hey!

I have been raporting alot of RMT to the GM, and it used to work very well. But now my system is broken.
The icon which shows that I have a unread support message keeps flashing, it wont go away. I read all the messages, both sent and recived, but it still does not go away.

This happends on PC and PS4, I read every message under the history tab, open them, and close them, but it still does not go away

i tried answering to the last GM reply and it went away... til gm answered me again ._.

I had this a while ago. I usually find that replying to the latest reply with a thank you to the GM works.

I'd love to give this a try, but I'm unable to reply - the reply button is permanently greyed out for me.

And as for the suggestion to relog, it doesn't fix this issue. I was fighting this bug all last night and after it went away I would try relogging and it would pop back up again, and same thing again this morning. I can close the ticket and make it go away for awhile but it always keeps popping back up. Super annoying.
