Flashing support notification

Hey!

I have been raporting alot of RMT to the GM, and it used to work very well. But now my system is broken.
The icon which shows that I have a unread support message keeps flashing, it wont go away. I read all the messages, both sent and recived, but it still does not go away.

This happends on PC and PS4, I read every message under the history tab, open them, and close them, but it still does not go away

seriously, no reply from any officials? Did I post in the wrong forum for help?

My partner and I are experiencing the same issue. I have seen other responses that say the icon will disappear after two days. I hope they are correct because this flashing is incredibly annoying and distracting.
