HNM Faction leve errors

In-Game Time: 6/2 13:00 (approx)
Steps:
1. Select Faction Leves from the menu
2. Select Brotherhood of the Broken Blade: First time seeing the special missions (since I just hit 45) and seeing both "Operation: Bloody Scales" & "Operation: Wolfsbane" -- Signed up for both, and get the message: "You have yet to complete the faction levequests necessary to participate in the available quests." However, I have successfully signed up, and was docked points. (Others have reported more issues after completing the leves: http://forum.square-enix.com/ffxiv/t...s-necessary...)
3. Select Azeyma's Shields: Again, first time seeing options, and it offers "Special Mission - Wanted: Tarbh Uisge", which I select
4. Within "Special Mission - Wanted: Tarbh Uisge", it instead offers "Wanted: Soft Evidence" -- given the same error as above: "You have yet to complete the faction levequests necessary to participate in the available quests."

But upon further reading... some of this all may be normal. Still "Wanted: Soft Evidence" and "Operation: Bloody Scales" shouldn't be giving errors, right?
