Let Us Change Skin-Color at Aesthetician

Hairstyle and hair color is a lot easier to change than eye color. With hair color, it's just applying very special kinds of dye, which can ultimately be found in nature and synthesized using alchemy.

Changing eye color would be more akin to a medical procedure than something that our beloved aesthetician can do. I mean, unless you intend for him to dip his scissors in dye and start poking people's eyes out.

Haha well..(I'm a girl posting on my bf account, which explains my hair/beauty rant lol), I have classical length hair, which means..its past my bum RL. Now..if I cut that, it takes up to 3 YEARS AT LEAST to grow back, and my hair grows fast, 1 inch a month, most folks grow a quarter inch per month. By no means is that easy. Also, dying hair is a very complicated process and takes hours and can easily go wrong.

Also, if you dye your hair..it can take yeaaaaars to grow back the virgin color. Wanna have the hair length back instantly? That takes extensions..which require at least 8 hours to install. You could wear a wig, I suppose though.

Now, that being said..changing my eye color takes a total of maybe 1-2 minutes. I wash my hands (Which takes about 30 sec) then I simply insert the contacts into my eyes. Bam, color changed. So actually, in reality..changing your eye color is a LOT easier then hair lol.

Also, I support skin/eye change in the beauty shop, they said we will be able to in the beta forums! Er actually...in a live letter.

I support this idea. If changing the skin color should be saved for Fantasia, then fine.

Eye color changing though- I was disappointed we didn't get that when Aesthetician first came out.

I don't think it's a bad decision from a game design perspective at all.

In fact, I think the premise enhances the fantasy of the experience.

And fantasia/broken for real cash isn't a stretch.

It actually cheapens the experience far more than a change in skin-color alone would b/c it's far less plausible from an imagination-perspective in this particular game.

I courageously willed myself into being a girl or little person... yeah, far more understandable.

You're not re-rolling your character, you are the same character especially in the social realm. If a name-change were included so you could be inconspicuous about it, that would be one thing.

Fantasia was given credence in the lore silly as that is. Skin color change would make much greater sense in every conceivable way.

This should be an option at the Aesthetician, having to Fantasia for this sole reason is silly.

Skin colour and eye colour should be added to the Aesthetician, Fantasia should only be used for race and gender change. I doubt this will be added tho, this would mean SE will lose alot of money and that is a big NO NO!

Many Hair Colors don't go with many Skin Colors.

I think Yoshi said when Aeshetician was underdevelopment that we'd be able to change skin color too (tanning or something). Correct me if I'm wrong but for some reason I remember him saying something like that.

That quote was before they added fantasia to the cash shop, if you want a good advice: don't hold your breath.

I'd be fine with Skincolor and Eyecolor changes but no plastic surgery or gender changing (we got fantasia for that).

Skincolor due to the simple tricks that allows you to tan/pale your skin like irl and eyecolor due to simple contact lenses being available.

The aesthetician is going to be renamed as... The plastic surgeon! And look forward to its miracles because there will be an option in 3.0 to make lalas breast slider work 'correctly' and create abominations of the nature!
