"Head of the Class" synthesis recipe incorrect

During the leatherworker r36 class quest "Head of the Class," you are asked to synthesis 5 Leather Satchel Belts. In the journal description, the recipe calls for:

1 buffalo leather spetch
1 buffalo leather
1 darksilver buckle
1 handful of brass rivets
1 hippogryph sinew cord

However the actually recipe does not call for brass rivets. The remaining items when brass rivets are removed is the correct recipe.

I am being asked to craft 5 toadskin jackets.
In the journal description, the recipe calls for:
2 toadskins, steel rivet, steel ingot.

So I looked up this quest and on the bottom of the guide it says...

* Used to be you needed to turn in 5 Toadskin Jackets.

An issue with game content freezing when talking to Medd during Step 12, if you do not have the proper 5 belts it will lock you into an uneventful standoff with the NPC. For which you will have to force reboot your game. Should be fixed in 1.20

So I made the belts not the jackets, went to the NPC and got stuck so I just forced a crash. Logging back in to try to make the jackets and go back.

Crafted the 5 Jackets this time, went back, stuck in NPC chat again, can't move or back out of the conversation.
I crafted the items normally because when I select "requested items" the game tells me I don't have what I need to synth them. I have tried this with the mats the quest says I need, as well as the mats that actually make the jackets. Please help.

Thanks Raldo. I haven't tried trading armguards yet, maybe Ill try that next. The recipe is for the armguards but the journal says craft jackets and provides the recipe for armguards, so there is a bug here that why I resulted in checking another site. I did get a response in the bug report thread from a moderator, its being looked into.
