Please add the ability to share a personal house with friends.

This was, by far, the most disappointing thing about this new housing to me. While it is incredibly silly in my opinion to have FC housing and personal housing use the same plots and prices, what completely kills me ever even wanting to buy a house is that only you can use anything in it.

Is it really so hard to just have a box you can check that allows people (or even more specifically, people on your friendslist) to use your vendors/garden/teleport/etc? I'm no developer, but surely that is possible? Especially with the whole marriage system supposedly coming down the line, how will it make sense for two characters who get married to have to live in completely separate places? It wouldn't.

I know some people will probably say 'if you have such a big problem with this, then don't get a house', but that's not the point. I WANT a house, I just don't want to spend my character's life savings on something that is just a bigger version of a private chamber I already have.

Also, keep in mind, people who want to have a house all to themselves can still have that, I'm just proposing that we should have the OPTION to share our house with friends or loved ones if we so choose. Like a permissions list to share

-mini-aetheryte teleport
-crafting tables
-garden
-summoning bells
-FC chests
-Stables
etc etc

It just makes no sense that they wouldn't include this. Especially when you think that if multiple people are sharing a personal house, that means less houses will be needed to make people happy due to people rooming together etc. Even just having 2 people sharing the majority of houses via marriage would cut down on the amount of plots needed dramatically.

What we are wanting is not FC housing. We want the ability to share the house we spent millions of gil on with AT LEAST one other person. Being able to share with anyone on our friendslist would be a plus.

Let's at least start with being able to set personal permissions to friends-only? Right now we've had to lock-off access in our house to non-FC members just because we like to wander in and out of each other's personal chambers but we don't want to find random strangers afk in the bathtub.

That's basically like asking why your wife or husband don't just move into your college Fraternity House. Some people may want a space separate from their FC that they can share with close friends or their significant other, and just their friends or significant other without having to be tied down to their FC. It might also be the case that they already are in the same FC and want somewhere to themselves.

Wouldn't the point of personal housing be to be able to buy and do what you want with your own land, like in real life?
