Keep adding plums, it can only turn snow white. I originally said pairs mistakenly and corrected later but not sur eif you saw that in time. Go plums.

Each fruit affects the value of color, maybe not enough each to cause it to change, but it does overall. When you feed as indicated by the calculator, feed only that, don't keep adding fruits to get that amount of procs for each. The only one you should care about is the last one. If that lands, then you should get the predicted color.

If you fed pears, start by giving it the same amount of valfruits to reverse. The numbers from apple green are tough, but basically you need a lot of valfruit, pineapple and plums, so lets reverse first and review where you land.

ok so now it's at sylph green should i keep doing valfruits? or should i give up on snow white and go for soot black? at this point i'd be game for whichever would be quicker...I think a doman plum would get me the snow white according to this chart? https://imagizer.imageshack.us/v2/18...661/vBZmlD.png

Been stalking this thread for about a week now and am also on the journey to Soot Black. Tried to follow various people's posts to avoid the Deepwood Green/Ink Blue/Kobold Brown shift but it seems like I fell into it nonetheless, gahhh.

    Anyway, after going from:
    • Abyssal Blue (Forgot to record fruit)
    • Woad Blue (8 apples, 6 pears and 6 berries)
    • Deepwood Green (1 valfruit)
    • Ink Blue (1 pinapple)
    • Kobold Brown

I'm very nervous about what to feed my chocobo because I desperately want to avoid the dark color loop (and also just want to stop the dying shenanigans). Do I feed it one Doman Plum and I should be done? I'm worried that's going to bring me back to Deepwood or Ink.

Does anyone have any better suggestions? (Best of luck to everyone else trying to get their dream color!)

    EDIT:
Decided to go for 2x plums. If it doesn't get me to Soot I'm hoping it at least gets me out of the loop

Doing it 1 fruit at a time, or should I just go straight out all that you have suggested? Also IDK if you read the other post I had sent? Should I go for that or what you suggest as I'm at a loss...
